About Our Company

If you are looking for a demo company in St. Charles that stands out in plant relocation services, Industrial Demolition & Metal Management is the right answer. Apart from carrying out the demolition, moving, dismantling, removal, and cleaning work, we have highly certified and trained contractors in the field who will be in charge of planning and carrying out in the most direct way possible your plant relocation plans according to your budget and their time frames (regardless of the complexity of the work); and most importantly: without the need to incur extra expenses in hiring a third party to assist you.

We also stand out quite a bit from the other companies by being the only one in the area to have express demolition services that can be requested the same day, in case the other company is not able to carry it out. Due to the complexity of the logistics, our in-house contractors make sure to plan everything carefully before proceeding in an orderly and timed manner.

Our Service Process

You do not have to worry about the complexity of the logistics of large-scale demolition works, as we will explain our contracting process in detail:

  • A member of our staff will conduct an on-site inspection.
  • Our work team will be in charge of making a master plan for the demolition process, which will be presented to the client, who must approve it before proceeding with any task.
  • Special licenses will be requested if necessary for the removal of hazardous materials.
  • The work team will be established on site and subsequently determine the official work, removal, and loading areas.
  • Roll-off bins will be placed in designated waste storage areas.
  • The demolition will begin.
  • Machinery and heavy equipment in the facilities to be demolished will be removed and transferred to a center where they will be discarded.
  • The work area will be cleaned after the demolition is completed.
  • Upon completion of cleanup, sites will be left in acceptable condition prior to departure.

It is important to clarify that more steps could be added to the procedure if the work has more complex demolition logistics.
